The denture is supported by your remaining gum ridge, and their comfort depends on muscle, bones, tongue and saliva. Complete dentures can be constructed to provide a natural smile and restore much of your chewing ability. When a patient has lost or is losing all of his or her teeth, complete dentures are the lowest cost tooth replacement option.

Removable Partial Dentures
A removable partial denture or bridge consists of replacement teeth attached to a gum-colored plastic base and metal framework that holds the denture in place. A partial denture is removable and has internal attachments rather than clasps that attach to adjacent crowns. This makes it a more natural-looking appliance.
